Together with Domaines Chevaliers, Thierry Constantin, Peter Zimmermann and a Gault Millau award-winning chef, the matured wines will be tasted in an exclusive location in Zermatt.

As part of a 6-course menu, an Altitude Wine is served with each plate and the same, normally matured wine is tried. This results in a unique taste experience that can only come about in the Valais.
